I purchased 100 units of this model for my business, and while it initially appeared to work well, many of my customers have reported issues after just one use. The product stops working even though the green light indicates it's fully charged. I have contacted Alice over ten times regarding this problem, but the communication has been very disappointing. She often doesn't respond, and when she does, she repeatedly asks for videos of the issue—videos I have already sent numerous times. This defect has caused me significant financial losses, and while Alice admitted there might be a fault in the control panel (something completely out of my control as a customer), there has still been no solution provided. There’s no progress or sign of resolution in sight, and from my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing this product. All it has done is lead to a wave of unhappy customers. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product.
